This Privacy Policy applies to Tik Fast version 1.0.0 and explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information when you use the app. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not submit content for analysis.
When you request an analysis, you may provide content ideas, captions, niche, platform, content type, publishing goal, tone, target audience, and related prompts. Please do not submit passwords, private credentials, government IDs, health information, financial account information, or content you do not have permission to process.
Tik Fast stores analysis history, generated reports, scores, recommendations, diamond balance, transaction records, onboarding status, app preferences, and privacy consent status locally on your device so the app can display your history and wallet state.
To generate analysis reports, content you choose to submit may be sent to our backend and processed by OpenAI. The app does not include AI provider API keys on your device. We use submitted content only to provide the requested analysis, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Diamond purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple may collect and process payment information according to Apple's own policies. Tik Fast receives purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and related purchase metadata needed to credit diamonds and maintain purchase records.
Tik Fast may use Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform to display ads, request advertising consent where required, measure ad performance, and help prevent fraud or abuse. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, Google or its partners may process device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interaction data, and other ad-related data. On iOS, Tik Fast requests App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking purposes. You can change tracking permission later in iOS Settings.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data only when we have a legal basis to do so. These legal bases may include your consent, performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and preventing misuse of the app. Personalized advertising and tracking that require consent will be based on your consent where required by law.
Depending on where you live, including if you are in the EEA or UK, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You can manage Apple tracking permission in iOS Settings. Where Google consent controls are shown in the app, you can use those controls to make or change advertising consent choices. You can also limit ad personalization through your device settings and applicable Google controls.
Tik Fast may use third-party service providers, including Apple, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, OpenAI, and backend infrastructure providers. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies when they provide payment, advertising, consent, AI processing, hosting, security, or infrastructure services.
Local history, reports, wallet data, and consent settings remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. You can delete local app data from Profile > Delete All Data. If a future server-side account or storage feature is added, deletion requests will be honored through the support contact listed below.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted content during transmission and processing. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should only submit content appropriate for analysis by an online service.
Tik Fast is intended for users who are old enough to manage social media content and make in-app purchases under the rules that apply in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live, including where our backend, infrastructure, or AI providers operate. We take steps intended to process information consistently with this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the app or related policy location.
